The terms and conditions set forth in this document are legally binding. If Purchaser abuse is found, Quality Copywriting reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Written content provided by Quality Copywriting is to be used only by the Purchaser. Although the Purchaser may utilize written content as often, and on as many Internet spaces as desired, the resale or redistribution of written content purchased from Quality Copywriting is strictly prohibited, except in the case of affiliate programs (see below). Abuse may result in revocation of the Purchaser’s rights to written content, legal action, or a combination of the two.

EXCEPTION: Affiliate programs may redistribute exclusive articles to affiliate Webmasters as a promotional resource, however the resale of written copy purchased from Quality Copywriting is strictly prohibited. Abuse may result in revocation of the Purchaser’s rights to written content, legal action, or a combination of the two.
